What counts as a “user” for pricing?

A user is a named employee who receives support and management across their devices and accounts. Shared kiosks or service accounts can be handled separately.

Do you support Macs and PCs?

Yes. We manage Windows, macOS, and common Linux distributions, plus iOS/Android for MDM if required.

How fast is onboarding?

Typical onboarding is 1–2 weeks: discovery & documentation, agent deployment, baselining, backups verification, and security controls (MFA, baselines, CA).

What’s included in the reports?

Ticket SLAs, patch compliance, device health, notable security events, and recommendations — summarized for leadership with technical appendices on request.

Can we mix tiers?

Yes — many clients place frontline teams on Essentials and admins/executives on Standard or Advanced.

What about projects?

Projects (migrations, new office setups, server refreshes) are scoped separately. Standard/Advanced tiers may include discounted project rates.

What are your contract terms?

Monthly or annual. Annual prepay saves 10% and locks in capacity & SLAs. 30‑day out clause for performance.

Can you work with our internal IT?

Absolutely. We co‑manage — you keep control where you want it; we cover gaps like 24×7, patching, or escalations.
