What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the name, email address, company, province or territory, service interest and message you provide. We record when the request was received and the consent notice you accepted. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal or system information.

How we use it

We use your details to review your request, respond, and manage the resulting conversation. Provider applications are reviewed before any listing is published. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Provider sharing and public listings

We do not automatically distribute assessment requests to providers. If a referral would be useful, we will discuss what information would be shared and ask for your agreement first. If you apply for a listing, we will review the business information intended for your public profile; your private inquiry remains separate.

Cookies and technical records

The application uses essential session and security cookies. It does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The hosting server and Cloudflare may record technical data such as IP addresses, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare processes traffic through its global network; a Canadian domain does not mean all processing occurs in Canada.

Storage, access and retention

Requests are stored in a private database on our hosting server. Administrative access requires a password and authenticator code. Application inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 12 months. Hosting logs and backup copies can have separate retention periods. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee security.

Questions, corrections or removal

To request access, a correction or removal of information you submitted, use the request form and start your message with “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. This form is for Canada NexTech requests; it is not a channel for confidential documents.

Updates

This notice describes the initial version of Canada NexTech. If new features change how personal information is used, we will update this notice and seek additional consent where needed.
